Monaco House Debuts in Davos, Showcasing Innovation and Sustainability

On January 23, 2025, Monaco House made its first-ever appearance at Davos, marking a significant milestone in promoting Monaco’s excellence on the global stage. Organized by the Attractiveness Department of Monaco in collaboration with the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation, the event drew over 400 participants from 50 countries.

HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco closed the day with a speech emphasizing Monaco’s unique model—one that seamlessly integrates innovation, sustainability, and economic growth.

The event featured distinguished speakers, including Bahrain’s Minister of Finance, H.E. Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa, McKinsey France’s Clarisse Magnin, and renowned sustainability advocate Bertrand Piccard.

With key players such as the Monegasque Association of Financial Activities and the Monaco Economic Board in attendance, Monaco House served as a catalyst for forging strategic partnerships, reinforcing the Principality’s commitment to driving impactful global initiatives.

A rich programme and influential speakers

Monaco House offered 14 conferences with 30 speakers, including:

  • H.E. Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy of Bahrain
  • Clarisse Magnin, Managing Director of McKinsey France
  • Bertrand Piccard, Chairman of the Solar Impulse Foundation
  • David Rubenstein, Investor and Co-founder of the Carlyle Group
  • Larry Summers, Economist and former US Treasury Secretary

A lever for strategic partnerships

Monaco House brought together the following key players in Monaco’s attractiveness:

  • The Monegasque Association of Financial Activities
  • The Monte-Carlo Group Société des Bains de Mer
  • The Monaco Economic Board
  • Monaco Private Label (MPL)
  • Entrepreneurs and experts from the Monegasque marketplace

MPL also brought together around sixty of its Members and investors at a dedicated function, encouraging exchanges between international decision-makers and Monegasque economic players.

With Monaco House, Monegasque economic players are establishing partnerships with international economic leaders.
