The art of storytelling at Marius Monaco – Revealing Cocteau and Moretti in April

This spring, Marius Monaco on Port Hercule is blending fine dining with fine art in its new cultural series, The Art of Storytelling. Spearheaded by general manager Raphaël Rouget, the initiative will feature monthly exhibitions of paintings, photography, and sculpture by both established and emerging artists, displayed throughout the restaurant’s indoor and terrace spaces.
April’s showcase presents L’Âge du Verseau (The Age of Aquarius), a rare collaboration between Jean Cocteau and Raymond Moretti, created in the 1950s. The collection includes original lithographs and Cocteau’s Taureaux series, offering a glimpse into a unique artistic partnership.
Adding to the experience, Marius will also host live jazz and R&B performances, offer signature cocktails and happy hours, and provide a vintage chauffeur service for a stylish night out.
